Safe and Sound Protocol Coaching
Think, Feel, and Connect Better through Nervous System Regulation.
Safe and Sound Protocol Coaching
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) consists of 5-15 hours of listening session based on your level of need and complexity. During sessions, you will be listening to the specially filtered music while engaging in nervous system regulating activities.
An initial assessment is required to determine your level of support, at which point we will discuss which package is right for you. Standard sessions are conducted with the provider, who helps you to co-regulate although you may qualify for independent listening. To learn more about the SSP program and theory, click here.
Basic eligibility criteria:
- Age 21 or above.
- Currently residing in Colorado or another PSYPACT state.
- Engaged with a mental health therapist to provide necessary support for any mental health diagnoses, as this is not psychotherapy.
